While out house-hunting today, my agent and I did a drive-by of this condo, and as it turned out, they were holding an open house. We viewed it a few weeks ago when it first listed, and so today was the second time seeing this condo.
It is smack dab in the middle of Dupont Circle. The location is by far the best of all the 20-plus condos I've seen during my house hunt in DC so far.
The huge con: it is priced outrageously expensive at $723 per square foot because of its location.
Here is what the flyer says: "Gorgeous renovated 2nd flr front facing 1 bdrm w/den in Dupont's most charming residential area! Bright bay window with approx 755 sq ft, open High-end kitchen Aid SS appl, wood burn frpl, lving/dining w/expose brk, flr to ceiling custom bdrm cabinetry & closets and more! Only 6 units in this pet friendly blding 1/2 blk to a new dog park! Parking for sale $45k behind blding! Sun Open 1-4p (6/28)."
The flyer claims it is 755 square feet, but DC tax records, which are official, say it is 655 square feet.
