Closing

Lastnight my real estate agent and I met to sign off on the contract and make a counter to their proposed closing date of July 9th. We proposed July 31st.

We faxed the the counter late lastnight.

So if the buyer agrees to that today and the home warranty declination, we have a ratified contract.
