Duplex in Mount Pleasant

Now that we're getting closer to our listing date, I need to get more serious about house hunting for a new place in DC. My agent and I are going out this Sunday to look at condos mostly but I found this listing just today.

It is a 2 bedroom-2bath duplex in Mount Pleasant, a gorgeous residential neighborhood in NW Washington with mature tree lined streets. It is a safe, quiet area and it has a ton of character. In addition to being in a fantastic location and nice neighbhorhood, it is a fixer!

Awesome.

The pictures of this property, especially the main picture, are not great, so when we see it on Sunday, I'll be sure to bring my camera along to snap some extra photos for you to see.

Here is what the flyer says: "Ideally located on a pleasant tree-lined street in a designated historic district near the Columbia Heights metro and shopping center. This charming 1940's rowhouse features a large backyard, finished basement, recently refinished wood floors, and fenced garden area."
