Since the apartment went on the market last week, we have had about 35 people view the apartment. Compared to my last apartment this has been no stampede, but we've had steady traffic throughout the week and today four more people came through.

One fellow came through this morning and "really, really, really" liked it and called my agent to let him know that an offer is forthcoming ... on Monday.

Again, I have heard this before, so we shall see.

In the meantime, we'll have more showings tomorrow.
