I found this listing online this morning. It is a gorgeous renovation.

I'm definitely stopping by to see this place on Sunday.

The only negative this place has going for it is the neighbhorhood - and it is a little sketchy. The house borders the Mt. Vernon Square and the Shaw neighbhorhoods.

    What is wrong with the neighborhood? Also it said it was a short sale??

    I LOVE the look inside...the best I have seen from your blog and pictures/links. If the price is right...you get extra locks and the hood will come around??? I really do like this one...in case you wanted my 2 cents!
