This big pro for this condo is its proximity to Metro. It is only one block from the U Street Metro Station. That would mean only about a 15 minute commute to work - door to door.
The con: it is on a busy street and a parking spot does not come with the place. The other con: it has an oddly placed window in the kitchen.
