
This condo is in the Adams Morgan neighborhood, which is just north of Dupont Circle. It is about a six block walk to the metro and at my pace, that's about a 15-20 minute walk to the metro station.

What I love about this place is of course the roof deck. When we visited this condo on Sunday, I found the roof deck to be very peaceful and pleasant. This condo needs some work but I can see turning it into something quite nice. Eventually the flooring would have to be replaced or refinished. The other drawback? It is on the top floor of the rowhouse and so that means climbing two flights of stairs every day.
