We put it an offer on this awesome place in Dupont Circle today.
We later found out there were a total of seven (yes, seven!) other offers made on the property.
Despite putting in our best efforts, we did not get it.
I think it's safe to say the housing market has fully recovered, at least in DC.

ReplyDeleteNo, no new prospects. I am looking every day for new listings though. I'll find something! I'm waiting for what I want and not settling.
