It's been slim pickings around here in terms of new real estate listings lately, but this one popped up yesterday though. We are going to see it tonight after work.
It is a rowhouse in the Bloomingdale neighborhood in Northwest Washington. I first visited Bloomingdale with my agent about a month ago when he gave me a tour of one of his other listings - a huge and gorgeous renovated mansion that sold for about a million bucks. The neighbhorhood is quiet and clean and known for its victorian rowhouses. To learn more about the neighborhood click here.
Here's what the flyer says about the rowhouse: "Ledriot Park Gem with Bayfront Brick Exterior and three renovated levels of easy living. Home boast wood floors, original woodwork, truly special fireplace mantle, large backyard w/ parking pad and finished basement with second full bath. Easy sale, and easy show! Call CSS and on supra. Thank you!"

8:15 p.m. UPDATE: We stopped by tonight to see this place and the bottom line is the pictures do not tell the whole story. My agent says it is not priced right, given the amount of work that needs to be done on it. So it's back to the drawing board.
