This house just listed a couple of days ago and it is in the Petworth neighborhood in Northwest Washington. I have looked in this area before and the block is nice.

So the story on this one is that a developer bought it back in March and completely gutted it and put in "new everything." It is a huge house for DC standards - over 2000 square feet and it has a nice backyard for Gabbie with good space for parking.
