Five

Two more offers came in yesterday, one in the morning and another in the afternoon.

The offer we went with was just one thousand less than asking and had only one contingency - an appraisal.

The closing date is August 31.

It took five offers but we got it done!

    Thanks! And the buyers decided last minute to waive the appraisal, so we're clear to go to closing on August 31! :)
