Offer on the way

Yesterday, the prospective buyer and his seven family members along with his agent and my agent all piled into my 746 square foot condo. They spent 45 minutes inspecting; and, after all of that, it looks like an offer might be on the way.

The family liked the apartment very much, especially the paint colors, dark cabinets and granite. To convince us not to put it on the market, they apparently are sending over a full price, clean offer without any requests for closing costs or anything.

We shall see.

If they walk the talk, then the offer would be coming on Monday or Tuesday.

If not, then we will put the condo on the market later this week.
