Today the first prospective buyer is coming to see the apartment. And we haven't even put the apartment on the market yet!
I have tons of things to do today before the prospective buyer and his agent show up today at 4 p.m., including hauling all of my tools into storage across the street, clearing out and organizing the closets, and installing a light fixture in the bedroom.
The apartment is spotless!
