Sold

The comparable apartment on the sixth floor of my building is sold already! It sold at full asking price with no subsidies. Crazy the way this market goes.

I found all this out because I met the listing agent at his open house on Sunday. I went to scope out the potential competition and to my surprise might have found a listing agent for my place instead. The comparable agent is coming over on Monday to present his case and to check out my apartment.

Another interesting tidbit: the comparable agent already has a qualified buyer and his agent lined up to see my place. Apparently this interested party came too late to the game on the comparable but fell in love with the building and is now hunting for another one-bedroom.
