This condo building is on Rhode Island Avenue in Logan Circle and I've been in this building before. It's nice.There are several apartments for sale in this building. The one I'm most interested in is a corner unit on the third floor. The flyer says: "GARAGE SPACE INCLUDED! NEW BLACK MARBLE FOYER BEING INSTALLED 5-26-09. Rare private corner home with balcony overlooking landscaped courtyard/cafe. Hardwood floors in kitchen/living area, ceramic tile in bathroom, huge walk-in closet, secure garage parking space included in price. This building has all the amenities I have in my current building (gym, rec room, etc.) and it is on a very nice tree-lined block.

Hmmm, location, location, location..! but I like it particularly in that it has all the emenities you're used to. In addition, I can see you upgrading this one! Another redo?
ReplyDeleteAt this price point, probably not. I wouldn't have much money left over to do anything besides decorating, but maybe later I would consider upgrading the appliances to stainless steel.
