Listing of the day

Finally! It's been slim pickins' here with the condo market but more listings are starting to come online and some look great!

This condo just listed today and is located in the Adams Morgan neighbhorhood - just north of Dupont Circle.

    Very nice! I love the colors! I know you're supposed to go neutral to sell, but I think the owners did a good job with them.

    Update: as it turns out this unit is less than 700 square feet. I checked the DC residential property tax assessment records. So that makes this property totally over-priced.
