Our offer on the Q Street rowhouse condo was accepted!
The closing is scheduled for December 1. We had the home inspection lastnight, and all looked good except for the water heater, which needs to be replaced, like, asap.
Other than that, I've just been busy filling out all the mortage paperwork and sending in all the details of my financial life!
So long to the good 'ol easy-to-get-a-mortgage-without-much-documentation days.
